At 7 years young, she's not really a puppy anymore. At 75 pounds, she doesn't look like one either. But she is still a puppy at heart and she will still be my very first child. This year, amidst all the craziness from the move, we didn't celebrate her birthday - which is April 1st (April Fool's) - no kidding. So I thought better late than never, the kids and I got her a cute little birthday cake made out of homemade dog cookies complete with "icing" and "sprinkles".

She is SOOO pretty! I love the photo of her closing her eyes. Isn't it funny how the smaller dogs are so mean and aggressive sometimes? Maybe making up for their size? Diesel once chased 2 large boxers back into a contractor's truck....they were SO scared of him!
