Chocolate Flakies.

You wouldn't want to miss out on this yumminess. Found this recipe on a blog before the holidays - sorry I can't remember which one. But I've since made it for several occasions and has become one of my kids' favorite treats. I made these for my cousin's baby shower:

You will need: corn flakes, a really good chocolate bar (I used Hershey's Symphony), muffin cups, and optional ingredients that you want to add*

1. Melt the chocolate over boiling water (I used three full chocolate bars) - be careful not to burn the chocolate

2. Stir melted chocolate until smooth and creamy

3. Add your cornflakes (about 4 cups of cornflakes for the 3 bars) - just make sure that each cornflake has a good amount of chocolate coating. This is also the time to add any extra ingredients *.

*optional ingredients for adding: mini marshmallows, crushed nuts, Heath Toffee Bits,
mini M & M's, colored sprinkles, crushed peppermints

4. Pour in muffin cups and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens. ENJOY!!!
